Policies
Cancellation Policy – The full visit fee will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Payment – Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, cheque, debit, Mastercard and Visa.

Fragrances – Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes on the day of your appointment.

Phone Consults (15 – 60 minutes) – When applicable, phone consults may be scheduled for follow up appointments. Fees are the same as for in-office visits.

•Initial Consultation: 90 minutes (Adult) – $150
•Initial Consultation: 60 minutes(Student/Pediatric-up to 12yrs)– $140
•Follow –up Consultation: Brief – $25

15 minutes – $40

30 minutes – $75

45 minutes – $110

60 minutes – $140
•Acupuncture: 45 minutes – $95

30 minutes – $75

5 visit package (45 minute appts) – $425

10 visit package (45 minute appts) – $760
•Phone Consults over 5 minutes – by time, as per office visits

Note: HST will be added to the above fees.

Is Naturopathic Medicine Covered?
Those on Medical Savings Plan (MSP) premium assistance may be eligible for limited coverage. We can use your care card number to check if you are eligible for such coverage.

Most extended health care plans offer coverage for Naturopathic care. Coverage varies between providers and plans. It is best to check with your benefits manager for specific details.
