REGISTER FOR PARTNERS SESSIONHi, I’m Dr. Kristin Schnurr ND
(she/her)
I'm a Naturopathic Physician, Acupuncturist, and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner based on Vancouver Island, BC.
My clinical work focuses on hormonal and neuroendocrine health across the lifespan—this includes complex endocrine concerns, perinatal care, and supporting individuals through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. I also facilitate small group programs designed to offer education, foster connection, and support people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom during these transformative life stages.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University, followed by my medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I'm certified by both The Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society, and my practice integrates hormonal health with nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care.
In addition to my clinical work, I mentor colleagues and integrative practitioners who are also passionate about improving care for people navigating midlife transitions.
Outside of the clinic, I live on a small farm with my family, where I draw daily inspiration from the natural world and the rhythms of the seasons—both of which deeply inform how I show up in my work and in my life.
