Perimenopause is a natural phase in the beautiful autumn of life. However, like any period of change, it can feel disorienting, overwhelming, and even isolating. Having access to comprehensive and up-to-date information helps us better understand and integrate our experiences, empowering us to make informed health decisions and increasing our resilience during this midlife transition.
Many begin experiencing hormonal shifts in their mid to late 30's, and the perimenopausal transition can last anywhere from 4 to 15 years. This program is designed for those who are still menstruating or who have not yet reached 12 months since their last period.
This virtual program aims to help deepen your understanding of health on all levels at this stage of life.Â
Throughout the course we will explore the basic physiology of this life stage, the symptoms you may (or may soon) be experiencing, therapeutic supports for reducing your symptoms, opportunities for deeper soul-level attunement and embodiment, and ways to protect and optimize your health during this chapter and beyond.Â

I am a Naturopathic Physician, acupuncturist, mentor, and educator with a passion for integrative hormonal health. I believe that women deserve more when it comes to their health and wellbeing. Helping women navigate the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that accompany midlife transitions in a way that is both informed and empowered is one of my deepest passions and a primary focus of my practice. I am one of a small number of Naturopathic Physicians accredited as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
I developed these courses with the goal of helping women make health decisions with more ease, experience greater comfort with the shifting rhythms of their bodies and spirits, and embrace the power and possibility of this sacred life stage with confidence.
