POLICIES

 

Missed appointment and cancellation policy: A $75 fee will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, unless in the case of an emergency. 

Payment: Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, cheque, debit, etransfer, Mastercard, and Visa.

Scents: Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes on the day of your appointment.

Phone/telehealth consults: When applicable, phone or telehealth consults may be scheduled for follow up appointments. Fees are the same as for in-office visits.

To refill a supplement prescription: Please send an email to [email protected] and specify the items, payment method, and whether you would like to pick up the order or have it shipped to you. 

FEES

Initial Consultation: 1 – 1.5 hours  $290 – $410

Initial Pediatric/Student Consultation: 45 minutes – 1 hour  $220 – $290

Follow–up consultation:

60 minutes – $280

45 minutes – $210

30 minutes – $140

15 minutes – $75

10 minutes – $50

Acupuncture:

45 minutes – $185

60 minutes – $240

Phone/email consultation over 5 minutes: by time, as per office visits

Prescription renewal fee – $30 

This fee is for pharmaceutical prescriptions requiring renewal outside of your scheduled appointment.

 


Note: Please note that the cost of laboratory testing and supplements is additional and is not included in the above fees. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
