While perimenopause is a natural chapter in the beautiful autumn of your life, the transition to perimenopause may feel overwhelming, isolating, and disorientating for many. This virtual program was designed to help deepen your understanding of yourself and your body during this sacred and transformative life stage, from symptoms to spirit, so that you can feel more knowledgeable and empowered during perimenopause and beyond.
This phase of life offers us a rich opportunity to influence the trajectory of our health for years to come, if we choose to embrace it.
This self-directed program may be moved through on your own schedule and timeline, allowing you to access the knowledge that you need as you need it, and to revisit the sections of the program that you find most nourishing and helpful.

My small group programs
As you begin to move into a new chapter of your life, you may find yourself craving more connection and compassionate understanding. The transition into the perimenopausal and menopausal phase of life can leave many women feeling alone in their experiences. My virtual group programs allow you to gain a deeper understanding of your symptoms, the changes that your body is undergoing, and the emotional and spiritual shifts that you may be experiencing as you move into this new stage, as well as create a nourishing connection with other women who are undergoing similar shifts. The small group setting of up to 12 people provides an intimate, non-judgmental, and welcoming space to explore your experiences and questions.
Over the course of our year together we will meet monthly for 12 live virtual 90-minute sessions where you will learn about this chapter of your life on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Each session includes a guided meditation, a check-in, a meaningful discussion of program content, and spirit-level questions to work on between our meetings. You may share resources, ask questions, and find support and empathy from your fellow group members on my private online forum in between sessions. Together, we will explore the basic physiology of this life stage, the symptoms you may (or may soon) be experiencing, therapeutic supports for reducing your symptoms including supplementation, exercise, and nutrition, and ways to protect and optimize your health during this chapter and beyond.
